ARM Camera is innovative, compact surveillance camera with embedded computer system. Due to high computing power it is possible to run operating system capable of on-line image processing, object counting and recognition, intelligent classification of interesting objects. In an application as surveillance camera it does not require any external storage or control unit. It can be equipped with wireless interface to form diffused very secure monitoring system with another ARM cameras. Very flexible supply and low power allows it to operate in almost any conditions. The device can be for example installed in a field or forest, supplied from solar cells and connected using embedded GPRS modem with base station. The device can be easily customized thanks to many available options.
